Eric is exceptional. He sold my condo in a tough market at a great price that I was happy with. There are several factors make Eric so special: 1) he has an excellent eye for the changes to make to your home that meaningfully impact your ability to sell the home, and he is cost conscious. He will never recommend items that don't make an impact. The 2 items he recommended made a huge difference on the appearance of my home. The previous agent had a difficult time selling my place. Eric was on the other side of the sales transaction for my purchased condo. Given the absent owners Eric was always at the condo for the first tour and then additional follow up. While I didn’t negotiate directly with him, I think our interactions helped close the deal. Since the close and given that my agent left the business, Eric has been an invaluable resource as I navigate through living in SF.
